Who we are

This website is the professional site of Dr. Monica C. Hudnall, Ed.D., CCC-SLP. It is built and maintained by MAVTG Web Services (Moore Audax Voyage Travel Group), Tampa, Florida, which hosts the site on Vercel.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you submit the consultation form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number (optional), organization type, the type of engagement you're interested in, audience size and your message. The form is delivered to Dr. Hudnall by email through FormSubmit, a form-processing service.

Information collected automatically.

• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, device type, approximate region and how you arrived. Google Analytics does not give us your name or contact details.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited time.

Company-level visit analytics

This site uses MAVTG Visitor Intelligence, which uses a visitor's IP address once, at the time of the visit, to identify the company or organization (not the individual) behind the visit, based on publicly available IP-to-organization data. The IP address is not stored, no individual is identified, and company-level records are deleted after 90 days.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

Please don't send sensitive information

The consultation form is for scheduling only. Please don't include health, educational or other confidential records about a child or client. Those details are best shared during a scheduled consultation.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them.

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Google Analytics: site usage statistics.
• FormSubmit: delivers consultation form submissions by email.
• MAVTG Visitor Intelligence: company-level visit analytics (organizations only, never individuals).

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information you've sent us through the contact form. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete personal information; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Children

This site is intended for adults, including parents, caregivers, educators and organizations. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
